Work Begins on 54 New Homes in Aintree

Work has officially begun on a new £15 million housing development on Heysham Road, Aintree.

Your Housing Group is responsible for the development, known as The Stables, which will see 54 new homes, including 20 shared ownership properties and 34 homes for social rent. The Stables will offer a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes, helping to meet local housing needs and provide a range of options for individuals and families.

Supported by Homes England through the Affordable Homes Programme 2026-2028, construction is now underway, with the new homes expected to be completed by March 2028. Your Housing Group is delivering the development in partnership with contractor The Casey Group.
