Housing Executive Awards 2026 – Headline Sponsor: NHMF Frameworx

The Housing Executive Awards returns to Bolton Wanderers’ Toughsheet Community Stadium on 6th October 2026. This year, we are proud to welcome NHMF Frameworx as Headline Sponsor: a not-for-profit procurement framework provider that has become one of the most important infrastructure pieces underpinning social housing maintenance across the country.

NHMF Frameworx is a not-for-profit procurement framework provider launched in January 2022 in association with the National Housing Maintenance Forum. Since then, the organisation has procured over £300m of business across its 11 live agreements, offering social housing providers access to compliant, competitively priced procurement solutions with a maximum fee of 1.5%.

For housing associations and local authorities, procurement is one of the less visible but most consequential parts of delivering good homes and services. Getting it right means better value, stronger supplier relationships, and more resources available for the things that matter most to residents. NHMF Frameworx was built specifically with that in mind, run by CIPS-qualified professionals and aligned with the M3NHF Schedule of Rates — the industry standard for housing maintenance and repairs.

As Headline Sponsor of the Housing Executive Awards, NHMF Frameworx brings with it a deep understanding of the sector and a commitment to the same values the awards are built around: best practice, social value, and building better communities.

Nominations for the Housing Executive Awards 2026 are open now, with submissions closing on 30th June. Find out more and nominate at our website.
