Plentific Expands Partnership with Home Group

One of the UK’s largest providers of housing, health and care Home Group, has signed a long-term contract extension with technology experts Plentific, deepening their partnership across its entire property operations.

Building on successful project work and trust developed over time, Home Group has decided to transition to Plentific’s multi-award-winning fully integrated property operations platform, working alongside their Salesforce CRM, to orchestrate their entire supply chain. This includes Home Group’s Direct Labour Organisation which is integrated with multiple tier-one contractors and 200+ SME contractors, to deliver improved customer and colleague outcomes.

As part of the partnership with Plentific’s agentic AI platform, Home Group; which manages 59,000 homes across England and Scotland, serving more than 125,000 customers, will be using Plentific’s groundbreaking Open Framework. Supporting Home Group’s commitment to work with quality partners, this will provide compliant access to a vetted supply chain of contractors.

Over the next 12 to 18 months, Home Group will realise the benefits of truly owning their operational data in real-time, improving repairs transparency, compliance visibility and delivering a modern, engaged customer experience aligned to what customers and regulators aim for.

Paul Walker, Executive Director at Home Group, said:

“Fundamentally, our work with Plentific will deliver a step change in our customers’ experience of repairs, and that’s why we’re doing this. We proved with initial projects that Plentific’s systems will enable us to take a significant step forward. Now, with this deeper commitment to Plentific as our property operations platform, we’re transforming how we orchestrate and manage the entire supply chain to deliver faster repairs with better transparency, full control of our data, and improved compliance, all things we owe our customers. That’s why we’ve committed to this long-term partnership. Consistency and full focus on the entire supply chain means we can truly fulfil our customer promise: a safe place to live and reliable repairs, every time.”

Welcoming the expanded partnership, Cem Savas, CEO of Plentific, added:

“Home Group has been decisive about putting residents at the centre of their operations, and it’s a privilege to partner with them at this scale. This contract sets the blueprint for how large housing associations orchestrate complex operations by coordinating people, contractors, systems and homes in real-time. Home Group is building a modern tech stack that truly serves their mission. We’reproud to be supporting their transformation journey.”

Home Group joins 100+ housing providers partnered with Plentific, including large organisations such as L&Q, Peabody, Sovereign Network Group, Southern Housing and Notting Hill Genesis.
