Previous experience includes being the Deputy Chair at Swindon and Wiltshire Local Enterprise Partnership; Chair of the charity Wiltshire Air Ambulance and Non Executive Director and Chair of the People and Culture Committees at two housing and care providers, Abri and GreenSquareAccord, plus a member of the committees for audit, finance and risk.

Mandy said: “I was brought up in council housing and strongly believe everyone should be able to live in a good quality and safe home.  I am thrilled to have been appointed to Platform’s Board, the organisation has a strong reputation and it is good to be back in housing again, particularly as there are so many challenges.  I hope I can help the Board and the wider team achieve our strategic objectives and make a positive difference for our customers.”

Elizabeth Froude, Chief Executive Officer at Platform Housing Group, said: “Continuous development of our business critical areas is crucial to ensure we meet the needs of our customers, partners and stakeholders.  The appointment of Mandy will help us to move successfully into the future.”
