A partnership between Bellway and Orbit Homes will see 62 new affordable homes delivered in Keresley, Coventry.

Brian Nearney, Chief Development Officer at Orbit, said: “We’re delighted to be working alongside Bellway to increase the availability of quality energy-efficient affordable homes in the local area at Arden Glade. This partnership continues our investment across the Midlands, and we are especially proud to be delivering over 60% of these new homes for social and affordable rent, continuing our commitment to support the local housing need.

“We’re excited to see this site progress and look forward to sharing more details about the homes that will be available soon.”
