Affordable house builder, Orbit Homes, has welcomed a new Head of Customer Satisfaction to work across the Midlands, East and South of England.
Steven Bishop, who joins with a wealth of experience from various roles in the customer service sector, will be responsible for managing the delivery of the Orbit Homes customer satisfaction strategy to create a consistent approach across all three regions.
Steven will work collaboratively with design, construction, sales, and customer care teams to improve customer satisfaction for all new build houses and create a positive, proactive customer-first culture throughout Orbit Homes.
Commenting on his appointment, Steven said:
“I’m excited to be joining Orbit Homes in this brand-new role, as we work together to enhance our customer journey. It is my job to drive a customer-first approach throughout the construction process, from the initial design stage, right through to the customer moving into their new home.
“Listening to customer feedback will also help to embed continuous improvement and provide a consistent service to all our customers, regardless of tenure. Orbit Homes has been awarded double Gold and Outstanding Achievement for customer satisfaction by In-house Research Ltd for two consecutive years. These independent awards are based on feedback from customers six weeks after they have moved into their new home.
All Orbit Homes are built to the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Safer by Design ‘gold standard’ and British Standard 5395-1 stairs to reduce the risk of falls.
