Orbit Homes secures coveted Outstanding Achievement Award

Orbit Homes is celebrating after being awarded the 2024 Outstanding Achievement Award for Customer Satisfaction in the housebuilding industry.

The accolade recognises housebuilders who have achieved an exceptional level of customer satisfaction, as determined by feedback from new homeowners, and is awarded by In-house Research Ltd, a leading provider of customer experience research for housebuilders throughout the UK.

The “2024 Outstanding Achievement Award” is accredited to housebuilders that achieve an industry leading Net Promoter® Score (NPS) of 70.0 or above. Orbit Homes achieved a Net Promoter Score of 79.3, following feedback from over 550 of its customers, with 98.4% of customers confirming that they would recommend Orbit Homes to a friend.

The “2024 Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction” is bestowed upon those housebuilders whose customers have overwhelmingly recommended them to their friends and family. To qualify for this prestigious accolade, housebuilders must have received recommendations from 90% or more of their surveyed customers.

Orbit Homes was also recently awarded the coveted 5* Housebuilder accolade by the HBF for its customer satisfaction and property quality. The HBF Star Ratings are awarded following homeowner feedback and collated via HBF’s independent National New Homes Survey of customer satisfaction, to recognise excellence in property quality and customer service. The 5* rating is the highest possible accolade awarded by the HBF and means over 90% of customers would recommend Orbit Homes to a friend.

Orbit Homes is one of the largest builders of affordable homes in the UK, delivering c1,000 new build homes per annum. It is currently building thriving new communities throughout the Midlands, East and South of England.
