With over 45 years of Director and Consulting experience, Bill has been exposed to a broad spectrum of challenges across many countries, cultures, sectors and industries.

Bill’s experience includes CEO of a PLC; Director positions for a range of public and private sector businesses; Several major FTSE 200 acquisitions/divestments plus Business Transformation / Operating Model Programmes for blue-chip clients. In addition, Non-Executive Chairman and Director experience in commercial, investment, start up and not for profit sector.

Prior to Merlin, Bill was a Partner with Deloitte Consulting and Global Operations Strategy Lead for IBM Business Consulting post IBM’s acquisition of PwC Consulting.

Paul has substantial finance and operations transformation and change experience across a broad range of sectors including many large and listed international businesses.

Paul has led and worked with Bill on numerous social housing client engagements in recent years.

Prior to Merlin, Paul was a Consulting Partner with Mazars LLP where he worked with over 40 social housing client organisations on a range of assignments.

With over 30 years experience working across multiple industry sectors, Elliot has developed and led teams in delivering Operational Excellence which has delivered significant, tangible and sustainable results in highly complex environments.

Elliot’s comprehensive technical knowledge is founded upon his experience working for Nissan Motor Manufacturing where he held senior engineering and management positions.

Additionally Elliot has also previously held a senior management positions in BAE Systems and British Steel before progressing through the senior management team of an international lean consultancy company.
