Paul will provide strategic direction and leadership for people services, learning and development, communications and organisational development activities.

Paul brings to LiveWest a wealth of expertise and extensive experience in people and culture, communications, and organisational development.
Paul has had a successful career in Human Resources (HR) for over 20 years across commercial sectors, holding senior positions including an executive role with the British manufacturer Princess Yachts where he was HR Director leading HR activities for over 3,000 colleagues globally.
Paul is also a Trustee of St Petrocks, a homeless charity in Exeter.
