Following multiple requests, the nomination deadline for the Housing Executive Awards 2026 has been extended until 8th July 2026.
We’ve seen an amazing response to the awards so far, and are happy to say anyone still waiting to send in their nominations will now have another week until entries close for our awards categories.
The full list of categories and criteria for this years awards can be found on our website, including best use of AI, Homelessness Project of the Year and The Rising Star Award.
The Awards are returning to the Bolton Wanderers Stadium this year on the 6th October, following a triumphant inaugural year in 2025. We recently spoke to our 2025 winners of Housing Association of the Year, Transform Housing & Support, who said about their awards win “As head of External Affairs, raising Transform’s profile is one of my key priorities, and winning HA of the Year has helped us massively in terms of profile. It’s an accolade we can include in all of our funding applications, fundraising efforts, and even further attracted applicants to Transform when we were looking for our new interim CEO.”
All the moving parts within the social housing sector work towards the same end goal: ensuring a warm, stable home is available to all, rather than a luxury. The Housing Executive Awards exists to commend those that go above and beyond for the wellbeing and benefit of their residents, and we can’t wait to welcome you all to Bolton for another night of celebration.
Be sure to get your entries in before 7th July for the final entry deadline!
