Housing Community Summit Cultivates Discussion Around AI and Capacity

Technology experts Plentific will be leading conversations at the Housing Community Summit around freeing up capacity for social landlords with its groundbreaking £10bn Open Framework, driving compliance and social value across the sector through procurement.

With more hazards falling under statutory response times when Phase 2 of Awaab’s Law comes into force on November 30th, multi-award-winning Plentific will be offering housing providers practical insights at the Liverpool Summit into proactively meeting regulatory standards in repairs and asset management, as well as focusing on innovations in AI and automation.

Agentic AI platform Plentific manages the Open Framework, which is sponsored by CDS Co-operatives, transforming how the UK housing sector is managing repairs and compliance works, bringing procurement and day-to-day repairs delivery together as one connected platform, which is compliant with the Procurement Act 2023.

Artificial intelligence has taken the housing sector by storm, and has been a pressing subject at the front of industry debate. The conversation will be pushed further the following month by Housing Executive’s own Future Foundations Conference, with an entire zone dedicated to discussion surrounding technology, data and innovation. A key panel on the subject of AI will be breaking down how exactly technology can facilitate human connection, rather than stand as a barrier to it, one of the most relevant concerns of the digital transformation seizing the sector. You can secure your space in the conversation at Future Foundations here.

Cem Savas, CEO of Plentific, said:

“Housing providers are facing ongoing supply chain challenges, from skills shortages to fluctuating demand. We are proud to be showcasing our Open Framework at the Housing Community Summit, giving providers the flexibility they need to respond quickly, whilst remaining fully compliant and in control.

“Of paramount priority is bringing a property’s condition and safety in line with regulations and meeting resident expectations. The Open Framework is reducing the volume of responsive repairs, helping housing providers of all sizes meet regulatory requirements with confidence by enabling access to pre-vetted contractors, safeguarding residents and driving better quality and value, as well as enhancing overall operational resilience.

“We have a decade of operational data, holding more than 1.7 billion units of data securely, the largest proprietary dataset in the sector. We are converting the complexity of properties, contractors, compliance and residents into measurable outcomes through AI agents that act on automated workflows, routing, dispatching, certifying and closing jobs, whilst orchestrating autonomous workflows.”

To meet the Plentific team visit Stand J52 at the Housing Community Summit, Exhibition Centre Liverpool, from September 8th to 9th.
