Tim is an excellent appointment for the group. His experience and vision will help drive us forward with energy and positivity.”

Tim added: “I’m very proud to be confirmed as the new Chair. My association with the organisation goes back several years and I know its values and the massive contribution it has made to the community. The priority for me is to make sure Grŵp Cynefin is supported by a strong and robust Board of Management, so that it continues to provide excellent services for its tenants and customers.

I want to make sure too that it continues to be great employer, supporting and developing its staff and attracting new talent.

This a period of transition for Grŵp Cynefin and I look forward to leading the Board as we head towards our ten-year milestone next year. I have great faith in the team here and strongly believe that we will achieve great things.”
