Global Guardians is pleased to be supporting Estates Gazette’s REGEN 2026 on 15 October at the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester.
REGEN is Estates Gazette’s flagship forum focused on the ideas, investment and partnerships shaping regeneration across the North West. The event will bring together senior leaders from real estate, investment and the public sector for a day of discussion, market insight and networking, exploring how collaboration, connectivity and place-based strategies can support growth and development.
For Global Guardians, REGEN provides an opportunity to connect with local authorities, developers, investors and property professionals involved in regeneration and redevelopment.
We will be discussing how property guardianship can form part of an effective vacant-property strategy, helping organisations protect and actively manage suitable vacant buildings while longer-term plans progress.
Our approach provides carefully vetted working professionals with living spaces in otherwise empty properties, helping property owners reduce the risks and costs associated with vacancy while bringing underused buildings back into responsible interim use.
