The latest G1/V1 outcome means that Futures has sustained this top-tier grading without interruption since the current regulatory framework was introduced.

“We’re absolutely delighted with the outcome of this latest assessment,” said Lindsey Williams, Chief Executive at Futures. “Our Board and teams throughout the organisation work hard year-round to ensure that we run our business well and provide the very best services possible to our customers. It’s fantastic to see this reflected in the Regulator’s judgement and this will hopefully show once again to our customers, funders and partners how seriously we take our work.”

“An In-Depth Assessment by the regulator means a huge amount of hard work not only for those involved in the process but for everyone else working behind the scenes,” added Group Chair Mike Stevenson. “We will soon start work on our next corporate plan which will set out our strategic roadmap for the next few years. This top-grade assessment means we can do so confident in the knowledge that our approach is up there with the best in the sector. A huge thank you to everyone involved.”
