Welcome to Domestic-Air
Condensation & Mould Treatment Experts
Founded in October 2019, Domestic-Air Ltd began as a one-man operation, driven by the founder’s extensive experience in the social housing sector across the UK. Through a commitment to exceptional customer service, high-quality workmanship, and efficient lead times, the company has grown rapidly. Today, Domestic-Air operates from three depots, with vans strategically positioned nationwide to meet the needs of its housing clients.
The leadership team includes a Commercial Services Manager with nearly 20 years of experience at a major housing provider, an Operations Manager with over 40 years in the field, and the founder’s deep technical, and housing knowledge. Together, they guide the teams in addressing the unique challenges faced by housing providers in tackling condensation-related problems.
A key element of Domestic-Air’s offering is its excellent range of anti-mould products, meticulously developed over several years of research and collaboration with an experienced chemical engineer. This partnership ensured the creation of the most effective formula, while maintaining the safety standards required for use in social housing. The flagship product, DAL500 Anti-Mould Emulsion, is a high-performance emulsion specifically designed to both treat and prevent the recurrence of black spot mould. Its unique formulation provides long-lasting protection while being safe for use in homes, making it an essential product in mould eradication.
Domestic-Air’s mission is straightforward: to eliminate condensation and black spot mould in homes, improving indoor air quality and the health of residents. The company is dedicated to providing clean air solutions, because at Domestic-Air, they care about indoor air.
