This year’s NHMF Conference will see 350 delegates gather in Stratford-upon-Avon to discuss the key topics facing asset management professionals and service providers. With sessions focusing on a range of issues including damp and mould, fire and building safety, net-zero and new technology, there will be plenty to discuss over this two-day event.

With a focus on how the sector can implement meaningful change, without neglecting the basics, attendees will have the opportunity to hear from expert housing professionals including Polly Cox (Housing Ombudsman), Annemarie Fenlon (Peabody, Managing Director, NW London), Isobel Ames (DLHUC), James Aulton (Home Office) and many more speakers from across the housing sector.

The conference is also a great opportunity to find out about the latest products and services on offer in our lively exhibition hall, where over 30 exhibitors will be on hand to showcase the latest innovations for asset management professionals.

Delegates can also catch up with the senior team from the NHMF Service Provider Forum and the directors from our procurement group: NHMF Frameworx, to find out what we have planned for 2024 and beyond.
